This is a bit scary – On the other end of the spectrum are those who stubbornly adhere to their old routines because stopping feels more threatening than the virus.
I like change but for sure have a routine as in my gym class and where I stand in class?! Are you still making your bed – ha? That’s a routine of mine, a no brainer. Something to ponder,

Yup, still making my bed, almost every day (probably 99% of the time!). I like change so much and love to experience new things, but the routines, like walking for at least 30 minutes every day, are what ground me….and then allow me to be open to whatever change comes my way. Thanks Doreen!
