Motivational Monday … your heart

If there’s any upside to this crazy pandemic year since the shit-hit-the-fan in March, it’s that Covid has given to me the gift of getting back to daily meditation. I did it pretty religiously when I was going through the divorce and the death of my mom, all in the same year, but eventually just stopped or did it sporadically. I recently signed up for the Calm app and I am loving it! They say it takes 21 days to create a habit and I’m on day 33…woohooo, I’m hooked! I’d highly recommend the app! Have a FABULOUS week! (VOTE!…two weeks to go.)
